You may visit the tree farm any time of the year. Most people start tagging their Christmas trees around August first and continue through fall and Thanksgiving. When arriving at the tree farm, register your name in the notebook on the porch of the white family farmhouse. The registration table is set up daily and you can get your tag and the colored ribbon used to readily identify your tree. Then head out into the many acres of fields to find the perfect tree. When you come back in December to cut your tree, just tell one of the tree lot attendants where your tree is located and they'll be happy to give you a ride on the tractor-driven haywagon, or you may trek out there yourself and cut it with the saws that are provided. If you prefer not to tag or cut your own tree, there are always plenty of trees on the retail lot and range in price from $5 to $35, depending on the size. Our trees are primarily Fraser fir along with a limited selection of Balsam fir. There are no Balsam fir trees in our fields, however, as we favor the Fraser Fir because of its beauty, needle retention and fragrance. When arriving at the farm, we will provide a saw and bale your tree with nylon twine for easy transport and setup. One of our lot attendants will tie the tree on your vehicle to ensure easy transport to wherever you may be headed.
